Connect the MP3 player to your computer using the USB cable.
The computer will see this as an external drive or removable disk.
Click on this MP3 device and open the folder where the MP3 music files are located, then click to highlight the music files you want to delete and then press the DEL (delete) key to remove them from the MP3 player. This is the same procedure in deleting files from your computer's hard disk.

Pls check to see if the memory of the mp3 player is not full if so you will not be able to add music to your player,try freeing up space on your player by deleting unwanted songs from your player so as to be able to add more music

Also check to see if the usb cable you are using is not defective by testing it on another system to see if it works

Also make sure your system recognizes the mp3 player if it doesnt you wont be able to add music to the player.

plug in the mp3.then open windows media player.You will need media player 10.There is a synce button on the top of media player.Press that and a window opens.you will be able to add music from playlists or files from there.
The other thing you can do is plug in your mp3,then open my computer.The mp3 should be listed there.open that and add your music there.
