When you install a new battery, you need to place the phone (each one) in the base so it can sync up to the base stations radio signal.

Have you tried placing a phone in the base so it can sync up?

Testimonial: "Thanks for your help. Also found that need to unplug phone line, power supply, and remove batteries from all phones and the base. "

How do I get a battery for my RAZR phone VGAZOOM4X? Motorola

Thank you for reaching out to us with your questions. Sadly, at this time we no longer carry the battery for your phone. However, you should be able to find a replacement battery online through 3rd party sites (Ebay, Amazon, BatteriesPlus, etc). The model# of the stock battery is BR50. I hope that helps.

Thank you,

Home phone not working

I just had the same problem. I unplugged the base and took the batteries out of all of the phones, waited 30 secs and then plugged the base back in and installed the batteries.

FSK Voicemail Indicator not working

When you press the voicemail button on your phone it is retrieving messages stored internally in your phone. Verizons Voicemail is a seperate entity where the message reside on the server. If you do not want to use the Verizon Voicemail, simply call the business office and ask them to remove voicemail completely from the account. That way your phones internal answerming machine whille then catch all the voicemails and you can go back to using your voicemail button to listen to them. Hope that helps you and everyone else out.

Invalid battery

Pull out the battery *while the phone is on*. Wait 15 secs then put battery back in and turn phone on. That should fix it.

Always searching, cannot register to base unit

Throw it away.  I've spend over $100 with new batteries, calling Motorola, emailing Motorola and moving phones around my house. My phone not only cannot find some of the handsets within the house, but sometimes will just drop the call...and that's on the base. Once the call is dropped, the handsets all say, "Looking for Base".  I am now throwing away all of my phones and buying a complete new system.  After loosing multiple business calls, I have given up.  Motorola is no help, They keep telling me its out of warranty, can only suggest that I unplug the system and re-plug it all in, in various orders with batteries and phone line connections.  Then told me I had possibly purchased the wrong batteries.  They sold them to me.
Throw it away...it will save you HOURS and HOURS of pain and agony of these phones.
