Hi,

The router not detected or "no active network" might be found in the computer. In this case, make sure that the router is turned ON. If the issue is not resolved then the router might need to be reset. You need to press the reset button in the router or switch it OFF and then turn it ON. This might help in detecting the router and in the proper functioning of the wireless router.

A few Questions , need answers

if you can, enable PNP on the router . It will then discover devices that require ports opened and do it automatically.

Unable to connect ps3 to cradlepoint router

Your router probably is using encryption.
If so, you will need to set up the encryption on the PS3.
Did you set up the laptop and the Wii connections or did someone else do that ?

PS3 not detecting router

This is most likely a compatibility issue. There are a number of routers that the PS3 will not connect to wirelessly. Your router is not listed as compatible or incompatible, perhaps because it is too new.

I suggest returning the router and getting one that is listed as PS3 compatible. The Netgear WGT624 Super-G is listed as PS3 compatible - try taking your new router back and exchanging it.
