My Kodak Easyshare caemra will only hold 3 photos.

You can't.
The Camera will only tell you if it needs to be recharged.

The Easy Share programme is not an advanced picture alternation programme. In order to make adv. changes to pictures I suggest another programme such as PhotoShop.

The Kodak camera dock provides automatic battery charging and automatic connection to your computer when the camera is "docked." There is also a version of the dock that includes a printer, but I have found the printer to be poor quality and very unreliable. The dock must be connected to the computer via USB, and the Kodak EasyShare software must still be installed. The dock is a very handy accessory, but it will not solve your problem. What might help though is a visit to Kodak.com where you can get a free download of the latest EasyShare software that is correct for your operating system.

Try to clean the battery metal contacts try to turn on the camera
If it did not work do the following:
Try to insert battery the other way around.
Try to charge the camera 4-8hrs
If it didn't work follow the guide on www.kodak.com/go/stepbystep
If the guide did not resolve the issue proceed with warranty repair process on the website. You can process the warranty repair by yourself.
After accomplishing the warranty repair process you will receive email from Kodak giving you instructions how to send your camera for service.
