Purportedly, this manual is archived and available for about $18 but not from Breville's free manuals on their home site but rather their customer service branch in Australia, at least.

Allegedly, one can your the manual for the BB290 for the BB250. But either manual seems available at the Scribd website: https://www.scribd.com/search?query=BB250-breadmaker.
That might involve a joining fee.

What is clearly freely available is the manual for the BBM300 at http://www.breville.com.au/media/mediaappearance/11579/BBM300_LORES.pdf It might be worth a look.

Many Singer machine manuals are available here: http://www.singerco.com/support/instruction-manuals . The 496 is not available. However, the manual for the Starlet 495 is available: http://www.singerco.com/uploads/download/8a78e29267b106e9d2902ac0f6758edf694e6d61.pdf . Since Singer doesn't change the machines significantly, this manual may help you.

Manuals for the Deni Vacuum Sealers can be found on the Deni website. Manuals are available for models: 1331, 1910, 1920 and 1921.

The manual for the 1831 is available here and the manual for the1715 is available here.

Repair manuals are usually bought and aren't normally available for free downloads on the net. You may be able to get one in PDF version or on CD. User manuals are a free download (if it is available). Repair manuals certainly are not available on this site.
