Pull the top pin out of the hinge, place it on a hard surface, and strike it lightly with a hammer, giving it a slight bend. Tap it back into it's hinge slot. The slight bind should stop the self-closing, The self-closing is due to the door being hung off level.
You need to check your hinge side door jam to see if its not straight up/down.If top side of door is tilted in or out it will cause your door to slowly open or close.Re-level the hinge side of door first then match up door jam to the rest of the door.Easy process if your wall is perfactly straight up/down.
Your Door is out of Level I suggest you get a Four Foot Level and start at your hinge side and take a nail set and drive the existing nails on the hinge side on the outside of the trim and drive the nails in only on the outside of the trim not the inside of the trim until the jam is loose and relevel your jam and drive new 6 penny trim nails in depending on the thickness of the wood 6 penny for a colonial 1/2" thick and 2 1/4" wide set your nails and do the same thing on the lock side next just line up the margins an 1/8 " margin all around the door and make sure your door is Plum both ways shut the door and check make sure it is Plum close and open.
this means your bedroom door is not plum or level you need to check at the hindge side and put a level on it and see if it is plum set your level along the hindge side upright position if the door jam is out of plum the bubble with be off center of the lines. Just move the level slowly out at the bottom to see what way you need to move your hinge out . for example if you need more at the bottom of hinge take the 3 screws out and place a small thin washer behind the plate on the jam and put the three screws back in. Then it will correct the swing of the door.
