in normal sms mode just dont add cc or anything just keep typing in numbers or names followed by a comma. if you are sending any sort of picture ti will automatically go to mms let me know if this works.
Kindly let me know which GPRS system you have first. All you need to do is send and SMS to the service provider or call him and get the settings downloaded to the phone .
I had the same problem and came to this site for help but the solutions didn't solve the problem of "cannot send text message" on htc touch hd. All service numbers correct. Went to START/SETTINGS/CONNECTIONS/ADVANCED NETWORK/SMS SERVICE then changed from "gprs" to "gprs preferred". Double checked and had reverted to "GSM" but sms now works - finally!!! Hope this helps.
sir contact your customer care and ask for gprs settings then they will send one sms to u and send that sms to the provided number.......... u will recieve the settings and you save those settings and restart your phone
Turn the device off and then back on. Verify that the device's signal strength. Attempt to place a call and connect to the Internet. Attempt to write and send a new text message.
Hi annisa, sure it looks like a settings problem. SMS are receveide into your phone, after being routed to the server, and then to your number, from the sernder. When you instead need to send SMS you nned to have SMS server settings correctly set up on your mobile. The settings depend on your phone company. You can try copying the SMS and MMS settings from a friend with the same provider (Telekom, U mobile, Maxis, etc). A better way to fix it is calling mobile provider customer service number, and having assistance and step by step instructions to set up your phone. If that still does not work, that means that there is a problem with your phone try resetting the phone to factory settings (do a phone reset from settings menu).
