Hi - I have exactly the same problem on a i607 that I just purchased from NewEgg and apparently packed by PDA Giant.

The adapter shipped with my Blackjack is a Samsung "Travel Adapter" part number: ATADM10JBE

which appears to be for blackjack www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=206563611&listingid=28744535

I have samsung sgh i600 i have probliem of mine device samsung i 600 related to his LcD its LCD is shown just white coloure tell me format procedure of mine device samsung i600

Do a hard reset
1. Turn off the phone
2. Press and hold the 4 keys:
0 + 4 + arrow up + Power button
until a format prompt is displayed
3. Press 1 and Y
The phone restarts.
This should solve the problem.

Blackjack 2 Email alarm

I do it on my i600 like this:
Start -> Settings -> Sounds -> Other Sounds -> New email: scroll leftwards until you get to "None" and then click "Done".

The front camera is only enabled for video calls; it's not possible to use it for any other purposes, as far as I know.
Video calls only work when 3G is enabled and available; select a contact, then hit the Menu softbutton and option 8.

I think for you to transfer the downloaded jmirc files on your phone is you should have an installed driver on your pc that suites your phone.. and with that driver, I think It could help you to transfer and install the downloaded files on your computer to your phone
