I keep getting the following when opening or sending mail: The message could not be sent. The setting for your outgoing email [SMTP] server might need to be configured. To find the server settings for...

Quick summary:
It appears that email address does not exist - which is why your email program was unable to send the message. There may be a small typographical error in the address - which you would need to correct in order to send the message successfully.

Background:
The error message you received says the "domain does not resolve". That means your outgoing server (which is used for sending messages) couldn't find the information about the recipient's address -- and more specifically, the "domain" of the recipient's address. (That's the portion of an email address following the "@" sign.)

The error message indicates the domain of the recipient's address is "quickfireprocuctions.com". But a quick check of domain registration records indicates there is no registered domain by that name. And if a domain is not registered, there can't be any websites or email addresses which use that domain name.

However, there is a properly registered domain "quickfireproductions.com" (with a "d" rather than a "c"). That seems much more likely - as the combination of recognizable words ("quick" "fire" "productions"). That domain is registered to owners in Florida, USA. See details at: http://whois.domaintools.com/quickfireproductions.com

Solution:
If that registered domain name sounds right, then you should revise the email address in your message to use the correct domain name (i.e., replacing the "c" with a "d").

Hw i use facebook

Hi,
you can use facebook.....
Getting Started and Creating an Account
• Visit http://www.facebook.com or http://www.thefacebook.com
• In the upper right hand corner of the site, click on “register.”
• To Register for the College Facebook, enter your name, status, and email (with the
.edu), and choose a password.
o Special notes:
? The college facebook and the high school facebook are completely
separate from each other. College students on facebook cannot view
High School students and vice versa.
? The name you type here will appear to users within your
college/university. Facebook.com does not monitor what names are
displayed. This is how students can create (with one of their alternate
.edu addresses) profiles for other people since the email address is not
compared to the name that is listed here.
? The statuses available are: student, grad student, faculty, staff, alumni
? As facebook.com has mentioned, you should not use the same password
that you use for your email account. This could be a security issue for
some of our students who tend to use the same password for everything.
• Once you have created your account, you will receive an email with verification
instructions. (Students who have created accounts with other people’s names still
have the facebook.com account associated with THEIR email address since you must
verify via email. If a student has created an inappropriate account in the name of
another person, it is very simple to discover which student it is based on their
university email account identification name.)
• After following the email verification instructions, you visit the site again and
login.
Using your Facebook.com Account
• You can have as little or as much as you’d like on your profile. The default
security settings will only allow users from your institution to be able to view your
profile, however you can increase or decrease these settings to your liking. You can
set it so that only those users you are interested in seeing your profile can do so or
on the other extreme, you can change the settings to allow anyone with a
facebook.com account to view your profile.
• You can join groups or find users who have similar interests. To join a group,
click on “my groups.” To find users with similar interests, go to view your own profile
and click on one of the words you included in your interests section and it will take
you to profiles of users who also list the same word.
• You can request other users to be your “facebook friend.” To do so, search for the
user and when you find their profile, click “add as a friend.”

Please post your feedback and Vote if the problem resolved as per your satisfaction.

How do i sign up for facebook

Visit Facebook and click on "Register" to get started. Before you sign up, you can "Take the Tour" or look for friends.
Fill in your name, email address and birthday. You will also be asked to select if you're in college, at a company, in high school or none of those. What you select will determine your main network.
Check your email. A confirmation will arrive with a link to confirm your email. If you don't see it right away, check you spam or junk mail folder.

Ho to Join a Network

Log in to Facebook with your email address and password. On your first log in, you will land on a page with directions for joining a network.
Join a regional network. Under "Join a Regional Network," type in your city and state. The box should auto-complete your entry. Facebook will let you know the network closest to you. Select the radio button next to the region you want to join.
Connect with co-workers and classmates. You must enter a verifiable email address from an approved company or school to join the corresponding network.
Set up your profile and look for friends. Once you have joined Facebook, you can start adding friends and coworkers. Fill in as much detail as possible on your profile so people can find you easily.

Need help undertsanding, joining and using Facebook. My church is using Facebook as a source to update church events and happenings. I'm seeking information about what Facebook is; how to use it and how to...

Facebook is a global social networking website. Members can add friends, send messages, chat interactively, update their personal profiles to notify friends about what you're up to. Members can also join networks organized by city, workplace, school, region, religion or other interest. You must have a working email address that you have access to in order to setup a FREE Facebook account. Facebook accounts are limited to one per email address that is active.
1. Visit: www.facebook.com 2. Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Password of your choice. Write it down and don't forget it. :) 3. Select your *** and enter your birthday (which is used for age verification to allow access to age-appropriate content) 4. Click SIGN UP. 5. Follow the rest of the directions as instructed.
Once you've setup an account, visit facebook.com and type in the name of your church in the search bar and it will show you the search results. Click on the link to your church and click JOIN GROUP.
Hope this helps.
