My teac rw-d200 won't record on any new cd's it will record on cs's that say audio, but I can't find them anymore.

1. check right (supported) sort of cd's you say rw is ok, check type!
2. such old model possibly has wear-out on laser or else
3. lots of dust inside; use @ least cleaning - cd... or equivalent;

try recording from some other source like ipod or mp3, that will let you know if recorder is working

Go to the Teac website. download manual you should find the solution there. You may have set something to auto sync

I have a Teac RW-CD22 and it keeps telling me there is no TOC> I am unable to record a disc.

I have the same problem. Are you copying an analog source? (tape?) Even though the "0 db" level is activated, (button on upper right on front panel) the level rises to -12...max. I suspect the auto-level is preset at the factory? Even with an EQ boost there is no level increase. Drives me nuts! Must have to recalibrate it; but I've no idea how...
