The easiest solution to your problem is to install an electric de-stroker,this will take the load of the hydraulic pump off of your starter. They are not too hard to put in and the wiring is also quite simple.Your tractor and starter will thank you for it!

I was driving my 1994 isuzu rodeo and lost complete power.Got a few jumps and truck wont start.sounds like it wants to start when i turn key over.I also put gas in and still nothing

run the fault codes
check for cam/crank position sensors failure, immobilizer failure , pump operation
could be a failed ECM
have the battery load tested as it may be the original fault and jump starting may have caused a power surge and damaged the ECM

I have a 94 jeep cherokee that wont turn over or wont start?

No cranks is here
https://www.jeepdied.com/no-crank.html
TURNS OVER MEANS ZERO.
the starter just CRANK.
THE START MOTOR TURNS
IF lucky so does the crank shaft turn.
then the engine starts and runs, (this is not turns)
it's running
the EFI then sustains running , if ABS stays happy.
the engine can also stall.

97 exel sprint 1% of time wont start cranks fast but wont fire leave few mins & it starts runs fine

check your fuel pump you may not be getting fuel to the engine fast enough check your carberator or fuel injectors also which ever you have as these may be the reason for a lack of fuel. In particular if it is fuel injectors you may need to clean them out to get rid of a clog hence a slow fuel delivery
