This fridge LRBN20514BK with bottom freezer is a piece of junk. Just had the relay on compressor replaced and now the thermostat isn\'t working. And of course I have to have repair man come in due to LG not selling parts to customers. Again I call BS

Bottom freezer door/drawer won't close all the way on one side.

Remove all the food from the freezer and then the drawer from the cabinet. Now using a silicone based lubricant, lube the tracks up real well. Be sure to clean the tracks first if gunked up. Make sure nothing small fell out of the basket over time and is laying on the floor in the rear of the freezer section. Once done, you should be fine.

Freezer cold/fridge warm

You have a defrost issue and needs to be serviced by a qualified LG technician.  The freezer fan motor is blocked by a large chunk of ice behind the rear panel of the freezer section.  You will need to remove the rear panel to get access to the fan and get rid of the ice.  This will get your refrigerator working again but this problem will return.  You will need to have your control board replaced.
