How good is your electrical in vehicle? It sounds like your not getting enough power to it. Does it play fine at lower volume

Probably a keyboard option. Look under the Toshiba programs to see if there are keyboard options to not require the function key pressed. Lenovo Edge has a similar problem.

1. Turn the power off. If your HTC myTouch 3G is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
2. Press and hold the Home button and the red End button for 30 seconds
3. Release the buttons when a warning appears on the display
4. Press and hold the Home button and the red End button again
5. Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
6. Use the trackball to select Wipe data/factory reset

All data including third-party applications will be deleted from the HTC myTouch 3G. Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory fresh state.

there are no symbols to adjust sound volume click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar for any further changes to your sound setting by right clicking on the speaker icon in the taskbar(bottom of screen)

just take out the battery and put it back in (do not put the cover back on) then let it turn white then wait like 10 seconds then push end 2 or three times (to make sure anything that may pop up when you regularly turn on your phone is gone) then hold the end button (as if you were turning your phone off) then let go of the off button then pull the keyboard out then use ur hands to press the battery in tight (the battery should already be in the phone at this time but just press down like you really want the battery to be in place)

This may help, go to control panel under sound and audio devices make your Microsoft sound your default unit, also make microsoft your only device. Select use only this device at bottom of page.

You should get it checked is this the Dell inspiron if it is the buttons are touch screen right?so you should be careful with it and dont push it hard
