This is awkward to diagnose. Sounds like a gas problem. Ensure the gas cell is in date. paslode print use by date on bottom. next ensure valve fitted to cell is correct normally yellow. When stopped firing press gas cell door (actuator) does it fire one more time? If yes it could be the actuator getting weak I have seen this cause similar problems to what you are experiencing.
Does the motor start when you depress the nose against the work. Look at the green light near the battery compartment it should flash one when you pull the trigger. Is the gas in date? Try warming the gas first by putting it in your pocket for 10 min before use. You may also have an air leak, when was it serviced last? Remove the head assy and reconnect to see if it is sparking when you depress the switches. Do not have the gas in whilst doing this.
checkk the safety to make sure it fully depresses. Also check the gas for the expiration date that is on eht bottom and lastly did you replace the O ring in the fan area if it is an older unit. What I do is leave the top cover with the filter off and pull the pusher spring all the way back and then WITHOUT gas OR ATTERY in tool push down to make sure the safety fully depresses. Also did you remember to reinstall the push rods. also look at the gas stem.
look for a jammed nail in the nose assembly, also what is the expiration date on the fuel (on the bottom). When was the last time cleaned and serviced, might be dirty and the cylinder dry. Let me know and I will try and help
Do you have gas cylinder in,if so is gas expiration date on bottom of cannister, change gas to current fresh date. Also open nose of nailer and see if a fastner has logged ,remove and push plunger pin back into body,be sure to remove battery during these tests.
OK lets start from the top, gas full, but what is the expiration date, it is located on the bottom of the fuel cell and if out of date can cause a problem. Second when was the last time the tool was taken apart and completely cleaned and serviced with new orings and lube? Lastly look at the nails are they traveling thru the magazine freely? Let me know and I will try and help further
Did you activate the fuel cell?
