How to set the Alarm time on Mauboussin Fouga Travel Alarm clock

I received a Mauboussin Fouga Travel Alarm clock for Christmas. I cannot figure out how to set the time I want the alarm to go off. I can set the Alarm on or off but not the specific time I want the alarm to go off. mmp

Make sure the clock is in the normal clock-display mode, not in a "set" mode. Press the hour key (again, while not in a set-anything mode) and you will see the alarm toggle on and off (also, with a snooze option in the middle there). I hope the engineer who made the clock so confusing gets a lump of coal for Christmas.

How do I enable the alarm on the Eddie Bauer world travel clock with flashlight? I can set the alarm time but I do not know how to enable it. I set it by 2 minutes ahead of the current time and waited for...
From the normal time position, press Mode and the AL function will come up which is where you set the alarm. Instead of pressing SET, press the up arrow. Each time you press the up arrow it changes function. When the alarm function is on a little bell appears above the colon in the time. The snooze has a ZZ that appears below the colon.The unique feature of this clock, is that it is the only one I have seen where the alarm works in the time zone selected. Most others, the alarm only works the home time zone, not the selected time zone. This is a huge improvement.

I have a Surface Watch. Not sure if it's the same model number, but the button set up is the same. Here's what I did:

Hold down the bottom right button. While you're holding it down, press the top right button. My bottom right button doesn't seem to always work, so it made it rather difficult to figure out what has going on.

Wacky wake up alarm clock instructions
Hold down the "time set" button until the time on the clock flashes. Then use rev or fwd to set the time. Press the "time set" button again once you have the correct time. You can do the same to set the alarm by holding down the "alarm set" button.
