I have a Canon Imagerunner 330S that needs the toner replaced. When I pull the toner out, the part that comes out has toner all over it, but we cannot figure out how to remove it...please help!

open front cover, release developer lever at right,release feeder lever at down right corner,unscrew the centre screw at the top of the drum unit, slide out the drum unit, at the back of unit u will find a clear plastic cap remove it and empty the waste toner reverse all the process to place all togather.
E005 code refer to fixing web roller.After replacing the web be sure to reset the two web counter in service mode Copier-Counter- Misc-Fix_-Web and Copier=Counter-DRBL-1=FX Web.
Open the front cover. Towards the right side about half way down, there is a plastic lever. This will rotate to release the Developer/Toner Unit away from the Drum Unit. Pull the Unit outwards...it should stop before coming all the way out (unless someone has removed the stopper) Please use the correct type of Canon Toner as it fits on top of the Unit and unlatches Toner cover to add the toner. (Canon Type GPR-2). The instructions should be in picture format on inside of front cover.
check whether any sensor spring will open under stack bypass area, under toner area or under back panal fixing area or any short piece of paper in way of paper feeder
