The Motherboard will have a Serial Number on it or an exact Model Number that you can use on the Gateway.com site. There were the company that bought out eMachine. Search that way.. I didn't have enough info to chase it for you. Internet search was too obscure. :) Cant find let me know...

I think you actually need the sound card driver. it should be a creative EV1938 installed unless you have replaced it.
