Samsung scx 4300 at home. Can I?

The toner exhausted message means that you need to replace the toner cartridge with a new MLT-D109S cartridge. (This is the U.S. cartridge number; check the manual if you are in a different area.) If you recently replaced the cartridge with a refilled cartridge, the printer may recognize the cartridge ID chip. In that case, the printer is reported the previous empty state for the cartridge. Try a brand new cartridge.

(If you wanted to only use the scan feature of this all-in-one, you have hit the one downside to the multi-function printers. Unless the printer section of the unit is working, all of the features of the all-in-one are locked.)

The introductory cartridge which comes with printer, it contains no chip, else all Cartridges for this model purchased from Market will have chip. When you refill your cartridge it is obevious that chip needs to be replaced.

Good Day Sir, I suggest not to refill your toner cartridge. Machine warranty does not cover damage caused by using a refilled toner cartridge. Always buy a new one and make sure the cartridge is genuine to prevent toner errors.

you can not reset this chip change it you must be buy a new one cartridge

no there is no solution to short pin, it has software solution to reset printer.

When toner exhausted error comes up, To prevent serious pollution or breakdown of printer, the printer stops printing.Replacing the toner cartridge with
another one will solve the problem. If you have another toner, not necessarily a new one, try to change it with the old one and then try it to print. if it persists, then you may need to get a new toner.
