When you pair a device, the passcode is typically set by you. If not, however, 0000 is a common passcode for motorola.

I can't get my H3 headset to pair or even be recognized on my blackberry curve or my envy. What can i do? it still turns on.

Try to reset your bluetooth headset by pressing the power key and volume up key until LED glows in a different manner, now you should be able to connect to your mobile.

I have a Blackberry Curve 8320. I purchased a Motorola Universal Bluetooth Headset H620 that is supposed to be Blackberry compatable. I am unable to get my phone and bluetooth paired. What do I need to...

It may be the pairing code that you are using. Usually it is 123, 0000, 1111, 1234, or some other variation.

Make sure, also, that you are in pairing mode with the headset. If you can scan via bluetooth and detect the device, then it should be ready to pair.

I have a blackberry curve and am wanting to pair my bluetooth HS850 to it. Please help!

There actually is a trick to the HS850 - flip the boom closed, then hold down the button just until the light holds solid - IMMEDIATELY after it does flip the boom open and this should keep the light solid. Then on your cell/device search for bluetooth devices - you should be able to find it now. Passkey for most devices is 0000.

H500 won't pair with Blackberry Curve

It might already have been figured out but if you hold the answer button on the headset down until the light stays on steady, it is in pairing mode. You can then go to bluetooth setup on the Curve and it will find the headset.
