I have white dirty spots on my Samsung LED HD TV 6000 series. I first I thought it was dirty and I tried to clean the screen with water, but the white spots are hard and stick to the screen like glue. It seems that the screen created/materialized these spots by itself because I notice more and more appears.

Sounds like an imperfection in one of the layers of the screen, this can be resolved by dismantling the screen and cleaning the layers in a dust free environment...... so in everyday terms this should be done under warranty.
As for water damage.... unless the patch starts from the outer edge of the screen it is highly unlikely to be caused by water damage in my opinion.

Hi,
If its dirt, soap and water or isopropal alcohol, works fine.
If it doesn't wash away some one has pushed too hard in this area and ruptured the LCD.
Another thought is to watch the spot and start tapping the plastic top of the TV right over
"The Grayish Spot" if you see "The Grayish Spot" start to move down ward it's debris its fixable you just need access to a clean room All of the LCD mfg have a debris problem the best LCD panel is NEC then Toshiba
DLP/mirror chip is going bad. A common problem on Sammy TVs after 2-3 years. Chip is user replaceable (try samsungparts.com or ebay) for about $150-200. Sammy was (last year) repairing the DLP White Spot problem for free. You MUST talk to ECR (executive customer service) to even think about getting that consideration--forget the standard CS people. Don't know if they are still covering this out of warranty in 2010.
dark spot could be a faulty led. if you put a program on that is in white screen you should see all the leds light up the screen. dark spot will be were the led is not working. if on white screen and they all lite up but still dark around the area, it could be the lcd screen. and could be dying pixels. and try this video https://youtu.be/wlA2rcrAOCs
