COBY MP610-8G Works great, and even plays the .mtv converted movies. I am looking for some program/player that would allow you actually see the converted video on your PC before you put it on the player. I...

Have you tried VLC Media Player? I understand it plays a LOT of different types of media files, and best of all, its small, and FREE! :)
Or you could also try the Klite Codec pack that comes with Media Player Classic, which plays a few that VLC don't or won't.
Hope that helps.

Is there any downloads for http//ddl.vidplayer.net for free

Vidplayer is a fake program that infects your computer.
If you have tried to download ilegal copies of movies and you get the "can only be played with vidplayer", it's a fake movie created to make you buy the player.

Whatever you do. Don't buy it.

My advice to you is to try and find the movie somewhere else.
The best players out there for videos are VLC and KMPlayer.
Both are free and play almost any videoformat. :)

None of the programs vill play the Vidplayer-marked movie you prob want to see thought. But (just to repeat myself) thats because its a fake to fool you to buy crapy programs.

Is there anyway to decode movies so I can transfer movies (boughten) to dvd? I have over 400 movies and would like to put them on dvd so they store more compactly!

Use MediaCoder. It will convert any movies you have to any file format that you want, preferrably .mp4 for movies or .avi. The standard DVD format is .VOB, and you'll have a hard time finding a program that can read those for free. Using MediaCoder you can convert them to the much smaller .mp4 format and put them as data files onto a DVD or actual watchable DVDs.

I Can't find any websites to put movies on my GPX ML638B

>.>
<.<
I wonder if it is against the rules to tell you how to do that... hmmm oh well XD

You can find movies to download using free P2P programs such as limewire, or utorrent.

utorrent, however, is just a program for torrent to become active.

You must use a torrent to load onto the program to get the movie you are looking for.

Here is one site that host torrents: "mininova.org"

With limewire... the search for videos is easier but i would suggest an older version than Limewire 5

There are a number of sites for viewing and download movies but for the best collection of them i would suggest this site: "ovguide.com"

If you need help adding the movies to your mp4 player, please don't hesitate to ask me ^^

Hope this helps, <(^_^)>

My mp3 will not allow me to play movies

There are 2 ways of putting movies on to you player.

1st Way Go to RCA website and download the easyrip for your player that is the easiest way.

2nd way You will need to programs.
1st program is Any Video Converter. (free program)
http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/
This will change almost any video file to another type.
I suggest to change them to MPEG II.
Then after you convert it to mpeg II.
You will need another program.
SMV converter. (free program)
http://www.soft29.com/freeware/smv_converter.htm
Then convert the mpeg II to SMV files.
SMV files are the only video files this will play.
After converted drag and drop into player.

Toshiba Gigabeat (60GB): How to put movies on?

Yes you can put movies on Gigabeat but it's time consuming and takes 3 programs to do it. We use DVDfab Platinum,3GP_Converter and Windows Media Player. If someone out there has a simpler way please post. 1st. Rip your movie to your hard drive and remember where you put it. (We've found using DVDFab Platinum it's easiest since we have PSP, Gigabeat & I-Pod and it offers a conversion program for all plus burning our home movies is a cinch.) 2nd. Open your 2nd conversion program (we use 3GP_Converter) and drop your burned movie files into it. We love the 3GP cause you just drag & drop. I don't know why the Gigabeat needs an extra conversion but it does, my PSP is easier to get movies onto. =( 3rd. Open your now fully converted movie with Windows Media Player. And you know the rest: just sync. While I love my Gigabeat it's pretty ridiculous to have to do all this to watch one little movie because it doesn't always work. However, unlike my PSP I can put a whole bunch of movies & pics & music on my gigabeat without running out of room! My husband is a computer geek and has tried several programs and this is the easiest way he's found to rip movie, yikes!
