Press the remote button said menu on the remote.Go to colors setting,go down to reset press that answer yes colors well reset to the original setting.

U have the tv original remote wright?Yes?Push the tv remote button that said Menu.Go into the tv Menu at already or goto PICTURE than go down to do a resetting than everything will return itself back to the factory setting and now just go to the Colors Setting lower -30 less than the colors on the tv now ur tv should be good and have a correct pictures coloring.

you need to reset your convergence, if you have the original remote, is there an auto convergence button, if not go to the menu and do it manually, align the colors and the lines will go away

you need to get a remote. order one from ebay there about $20 do a factory reset, and use code 3355. this will reset the unit back to original specs. if no go, use the rem to manually adj the color to ur satisfaction.
