The unit front portion either right side or left side you will find the small door you just open the door and remove the filter in anticlockwise direction it will come out just clean the filter and then close it safely
If you want to clean the pump you are suppose to open the back door of the unit and trace the outlet valve it will be connected to the pump after finding the pump just remove the hose from bothe side of the pump and clean the drain pump neatly and refix it
normally this works for me but it looks like soon wool is wrapped around the green fan thing could thing cause the service light 2 come back on?

Remove bottom plastic panel across the front of machine- it just clips off (use a small screwdriver or bread knife to prise off). You will now see a round filter behind this panel- unscrew anticlockwise to remove- this is the filter. Sometimes filter can be hard to remove if you have things jammed in it- give it bit of a jiggle and it should come out without forcing it. Remember- if there is still water in the machine, this water will come out on the floor once you remove the filter- put down some towels!! Happy fixing!!
