hi Dorendra Singh Pukhrambam, i have a desktop pc with windows 7 32-bit. As i wanted to share my wired broadband connection to the wifi devices i have like smart phones and tablets i wanted to turn my win7 desktop pc into a wifi hotspot sharing my broadband with the wifi devices, now i am using the virtual router for this .. so i needed the microsoft virtual miniport adaptor in my attempt. i am unable to use the NEW TEChNOLOGY as u have mentioned which comes with wiindows 7.. help me HOW should i use the Microsoft Virtual WIFI MiniPort Adapter driver?? after installing it.....

I bought my present HP laptop which has been changed to the English version of Windows 7.
There are many sites or groups which I am denied access due to the missing password.
I have sought the internet, tried various methods of solving this problem, but the final step along this course are not there to be changed. Eg. I have gone to regedit.....H-key etc, but the window does not open the detail as per example on the internet.
Another example: Editing Window registry: Google talk plugin. I did the whole process as instructed, but the last step....change the value of "audio-flag" to 1 was not there for me to change......therefore, the microphone on gmail to chat does not work....same as Skype....I can hear them, but they cannot hear me...really frustrating.
I think the copy of my Windows 7 is not original....I could be wrong?
Your advice will be most welcome.

if you go to computer properties
then device manager
find the miniport adapter
un install it
then restart laptop
hopefully windows will reload it on startup
and maybe then it will be ok
if not go to the website of your laptop and download another driver for it
type into your search engine the make of your laptop then search for your model and os
then search for the driver here are a few examples on how to type in your manufacturers web page

also you could look for a scanner some websites use a scanner to scan your laptop to offer you some drivers or updates but you will have to go up top of your screen and allow the scanner to load if you want to use it. it is good practise to use the scanner when its available
