How to use incoming call volume control - Nokia N72 Cellular Phone

Your phone uses sounds and vibrations to alert you, including ringtones, app notifications, alarms, and navigation feedback. You can customize any of these sounds, as well as control their volumes.

1. Change default ringtone for incoming calls

• Touch "Settings" icon from Home screen or under main menu.
• Touch "Sound".
• Touch "Phone ringtone." You will see a list of ringtones
• Touch a ringtone to select and hear it.
• Touch "OK" to confirm your final selection.

If you have a standard cell phone, the problem is likely your volume button.
The volume button controls the ringer loudness, and the same volume controls all of your calls incoming.
If your ring tone is loud, probably your volume is turned down for you to hear.
The same button controls both functions.
To change it, next time someone calls you, try pressing the volume button to "louder" WHILE they are talking to you.

While talking you can pull up and down the volume control button. It can raise or decrease the volume.

please check the front of you manual i think the volume control is in phone info.

Press the dataregistraion button go to usersettings press set button press the arrows and scroll to no 9 Volume controll there you can change the alarm volume.Some models volume controll dial is on the left side of the key pad.

there is a control to your volume on the side part of your cellphone.all you have to do is to press it until it reach the maximum volume.

its the camera ring thingy outside the lens on the back of your phone, you can turn counter clockwise to increase the volume (might be the other way I'm not sure)

Sunds as though you have the handset that came with the machine attached to it and the handset ring volume is still on. To turn that off there are 2 black inset switches on the handset itself turn those down or off.
