Having trouble with directions for using FM on Coby mp3 305.... purchased in USA and using in UK. Directions are not detailed. I want to pick BBC radio and store as preselect. Have followed the instructions but not working. Are the radio frequency differences from USA to UK part of the problem? Need simple directions if possible to make it work.

I just fixed my co workers device. Plug in the device into the PC after it plugged into the pc, the pc will detect the device after the device is detected. In My Computer, double click on the coby device, it will bring you to the the storage device, its also named coby something. right click on it and format. You'll lose all your data but the file system error message will be fixed. Reload music and you're back and running.

No software is required or supplied for this product . You just have to plug it in your PC's USB port and it will appear as another drive in "Computer".

To copy or save songs, double-click on the drive icon and do it just like you would save to a hard drive.

To remove from PC, look for the small USB icon near the system clock, left-click on it and select "Safely Remove".
