Installed new beautiful 4 piece arch neck faucet a month ago. Have had pressure problem ever since. Hot water actually dribbles after about 3 minutes. Already tried everything suggested here. Was going to spend money and replace diverter valve and cartridge. After reading all the pressure problems and useless suggestions, I think we will just get something else. Also, the soap dispenser dribbles for a few seconds after actual dispense. I'm thinking we should get better quality for the money spent.

My husband is a plumber. He COMPLETELY agrees with u that u should get something else- of better quality. He says u get what u pay for! Price Pfister is not of the best quality! He recommends anything MOEN. They're great and rarely have problems! Good luck!

1) Never, ever install tankless water heater, unless your wallet is 2" thick and you enjoy nuisance problems and recommended continual maintenance. 2) Add in-line air vent. http://waterheatertimer.org/images/Air-vent-added-to-return-22.jpg 3) Look for check valve along the line. Look for mixing valve, pressure regulating valve, etc. 4) If you have recirculation system, remove cross-over check valve and see if problem is located there. 5) Contact Rheem. 800-432-8373 They will want model number, serial number, and name of installer. And might recommend contacting installer or plumber. 6) Increase water flow. Check water flow requirement of tankless (.5 gallons per minute activation) with actual flow at faucet. 7) Clean water filter at tankless unit. http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Tankless-maintenance.pdf 8) Crossover at single-handled faucet. http://waterheatertimer.org/Crossover.html 9) Fix all leaking faucets indoor and outdoor so no air is being sucked in. 10) Bad TP valve on water heater sucking in air each time water pressure pulls on the valve?
If you have full pressure on the cold water side and low pressure on the hot side then you well need to remove and clean or replace the cartridge for the hot side. If you have low water pressure on both sides try removing the aerator and cleaning it.
If you need to replace the cartridge on the hot side do both sides while you at it.
Whenever you work on any faucet before you turn the water on remove the aerator and run the water for a few seconds then replace the aerator.
start by making sure the valve that supplies hot water to the sink and dish washer is fully open. If there is low hot water pressure in any of the other kitchen/bathrooms, then trace the line to see where the pressure drops. If it is only in the kitchen, it should be an old valve, (causes restriction)Good Luck.
may be the new facuet see if the hose is clogged detach it from the sink turn on the water and see if it comes out into a bucket if it does than its your new facuet
It could be one of two problems, one simple, one serious.
Easy fix
Turn off hot water angle stop under sink to faucet.
Remove supply line from hot angle stop.
Place end of supply line in a small bucket to catch some water.
Turn on cold water for a couple of seconds and backflush debris from faucet.
Reconnect supply line.
Turn on angle stop and test
Complex fix
If you have steel pipes you may be experiencing reduced flow due to corrosion in your pipes. Reduced hot water pressure in the kitchen faucet is usually the first sign since this is the faucet that is most used in the home.
Repiping is a job for a professional. Another symptom you may need a repipe is orange colored or rusty water.
