SOURCE: Dishwasher not pumping the water out?
hi
the larger motor housing underneath the unit is what moves the water around to wash, the smaller pump is the drain pump, if you don't hear that running it is likely in need of replacement. check your paper work for warranty, if it's out of warranty try to find a deal online and it's relatively easy to replace

Check the input to the drain hose to make sure it is not blocked by something like a cherry pit. That could cause the water to not drain fully.
SOURCE: Frigidaire Dishwasher won't drain
Try cleaning out the drain line behind the dishwasher, this is a very common problem with draining. If not that then might need a valve or if you have a new garbage disposal you need to punch out a peice of the plastic or it wont drain. Hope this helped, good luck

It is probably a bad pump.
Hello Emmitt White - Try unplugging the dishwasher or flipping the household circuit breaker off first. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn the unit back on. If the issue persists, it could possibly be a few things: faulty door switch, drain pump or main control board. In that case, a certified technician would generally replace the faulty part after proper diagnosis.
