Is the Motorola 16GB Fitness tracker only good for serious fitness freaks?

That's a good question.
There's no doubt that it's a great tool for tracking your exercise stats through gps, and a pedometer and uploads it for you using wifi.
It's not so good for measuring casual exercise and daily activity, so if that's what you're looking for, this isn't what you need.
But if you take your fitness seriously and want a very cool tracker combined with an mp3 for music while you exercise, then this is worth checking out.
