How to add stored phone numbers. I lost my manual.

Be sure to add a "9" before entering the number to be stored.

Press PROG/PROGRAM
Press the button you want to store the number under
Press 2
Enter the number to dial (remember to prfix with your line access code usually a 9)
Press STORE

On what? What phone?

To Set:
Do not lift handset
Press FNC button
Press the desired “One Touch” Key
Enter number to be stored (remember”0” for external numbers)
Press FNC button to save

To Dial
Lift Handset
8
Press desired One Touch key to dial

To program the personal directory Its diferent to program the system directory. the personal has 8 number capaciti and the system has 999 number. To program the System directory
1.- Enter to PBX program mode from your station 101
2.- Choose program 001 to enter the quick dial numbers
3.- Choose program 002 to enter (Or change ) the Labels

Hi John, you posted this a LONG time ago.. but I will add a sollution incase anyone needs to find out in future..

to add a number (i.e 01234567890)

1. Lift the handset
2. Press the 'STORE' key, then enter 01234567890
(the number will not be physically dialed - rather, the telephone is memorising it internally)
Press the 'STORE' key again after you enter the number
then select the button you wish to locate it to.

i.e : 'STORE' » enter telephone no. » 'STORE' » Press desired memory button..

You may try this: 1. Pick up the handset and listen for a dial tone. 2. Press and release the STORE button. 3. Enter the phone number(up to 16 digits)you want to store into memory(The telephone number will not dial out) 4. Press and release the STORE button. 5. Press a one-digit number(0 - 9)on the keypad to store the phone number into the desired memory location. 6. Hang up the phone by returning the handset to the handset cradle on the base. 7. To store more phone numbers in memory, repeat steps 1 - 6 Good Luck !!
