Problem HP 1320 not responding

check your print preview. Either Excel is set to print multiple copies or the spreadsheet is slightly bigger than a page. Fix the spreadsheet, this is likely not a printer issue.

It is probably printing the other half of the spread sheet, although it is one page.

in excel sheet please change the page size to A3 and try to print ..... if you are using office 2007 go to page layout then go to size icon there change the page size to A3 and check .......... if you are facing the same problem please post your comment ............. while you giving print please select the document which one you want to print ..........

Is there a typical application you are using? I noticed that file size (especially in adobe) can be an issue. If you go to printer settings (start / settings / printers / right click on the 1320 and select properties) choose device settings and the very bottom item is printer memory. I would increase this to like 80mb.... hope this helps

If the paper size in the word document is set to something other than "letter" example if it is set to legal. Then the lite is lit to let the printer user know it is waiting for him to place a sheet of legal paper in the printer, he does so and then presses the green button to start the print job. You can check this by going to "file-page setup" in word and look for the paper size setting.

Turn off printer
Hold down green button
Power on printer. (cold reset)
In printer properties choose print directly to printer, then choose print test page.

When you click on File and print - ensure the selectionis in Active sheets (this will ensure that it only prints pages with texts in excel

It seems like the problem is not the printer, but your Excel file.

check the printer driver properties settings. look under printing preferences and check the settings there.
