There are actually two codes that you can actually use to reset the password. Below are these codes. Please dial them up and have the problem solved.

*2767*3855# *2767*2878# Through this mean the security code will be reset to 0000.

The FULL RESET CODE is *2767*3855#. This resets your mobile immediatly and sets it back to factory settings. PIN 0000 PASSWORD 00000000.

My samsung a767 is lock i need puk code
if it is a PUK code it is asking for, it can be found on the back portion of your sim card.

If it is asking for PIN, it is your personal pin and maybe you can ask your network provider the default code if you did not select your own.

If it is asking for the security code, it is also your personal code, but if you did not choose one yet, the default is 00000. If not, check your manual, it should be there as well.
