Your camera is only supporting SD/MMC Cards (up to 2 GB)

The card that you currently have might be faulty. Please try another card.
You might also need to switch the camera over to saving pictures directly onto the SD card.1: Menu, Cam settings, Chose AUTO or SD card option Press OK
Note: If the SD card isn't in the camera or is unreadable the camera will automatically go back to saving you taken pictures on the internal memory.

My Kodak DX 6490 will not read my 2 Gb or less SD Cards. It keeps recording to the camera memory. I will not play videos onto my digital TV. What should I do?

Hello, Have you tried formatting the memory card with the camera?
If a card is formatted with another camera or if it is new you should format it with the DX6490.Hope this helps.

Memory card says full when i put new sd 2gb card in card won't work on my kodak easyshare cw330 camera

I was checking to see if your camera had a limit to the size of SD memory card and couldn't find a thing so what I suspect is that the SD card lock has been engaged here is a diagram to show you how to unlock it.

Also any new memory card needs to be formatted in the camera before the camera can "read" it.
After pictures have been loaded to the memory card and then downloaded to the computer the memory card needs to be formatted to clean the old pictures off and make the memory card ready to accept new pictures.

My kodak easyshare c180 wont read a memory card and keeps saying memory card requires formating. When I format the card it just asks me to do it again

You should probably get a USB card reader, take the card out of your camera, put in the card and connect it to the computer. Then try formating the card through Windows using the FAT file system (not NTFS).

I have a Kodak easyshare LS443 and when I put in a new picture memory card (bought two of them already), after it says 'format memory card' and I do, it just keeps saying 'reading memory card' and nothing...

Hello,

Make sure that the memory card you used is compatible w/ your camera. If same issue persists after using the compatible card, camera is unable to detect the memory card. Card compartment is defective. call 1.800.235.6325 for repair.

Thanks.

Kodak 7590 New SD card will not format

Is this an older camera? If so it will not support sdhc cards. Sdhc is a 4+ gig card. You will need to buy a card 2 gig or under.

Won't format new memory card

Your camera is not SDHC compatible. It will only support standard SD cards. Sorry.

I hope this helps.
