The reason is that the default camera app names photos with the time and date, which involved using full stops (periods) which the printer doesn't like. If you rename your photo it will be able to print.
You need to provide the passcode 6000 as shown in the Pogo manual.
If that doesn't help, make sure Bluetooth is switched on, on the phone.
