Frigidaire Washer - pressure sensor

Due to electrical problems we have had to replace the control board in our washer. We get an error message: Pressure sensor not communicating with control board. According to the manual, we need to to replace the control board. We've just put in 2 brand new ones - big control board and the little one to the left. Any ideas where to go from here?
Thanks!!!

I agree with the pressure switch could have been this in the first place? But also when you replace the boards they may need an eeprom program as they may be a blank un programed board

F35

The F35 error code indicates an analog pressure sensor error. The analog pressure sensor is the component that detects water level in the washer tub. This error can usually be cleared but it will occur again if the main control board still detects a problem with the signal from the analog pressure sensor. This error code can be caused by a problem with the air pressure tube between the bottom of the washer tub and the analog pressure sensor. If you are able to unplug the washer and check this air pressure tube, you may be able to resolve this problem. The analog pressure sensor can be accessed by pulling off the top panel of your washer. Remove the screws at the very back of the top panel and then pull it back slightly and then up and off of the washer. The analog pressure sensor is Key 38 in the first image below. With the washer unplugged, check the connection of the air pressure tube to this component. Check the entire air tube down to its connection to the bottom of the washer tub. You will likely need to remove the back panel of the washer to check the entire air pressure tube. If you find a kink, tear, hose or loose connection in the air pressure tube, then this is the likely cause of your F35 error code. If the air pressure tube appears to be okay, then you will likely need to replace the analog pressure sensor. If the problem still exists after replacing this component, then the main electronic control board for the washer will need to be replaced. Here is the pressure sensor you can order.

Error code 31

Hello Elizabeth - Typically error code E31 indicates that the pressure sensor is not communicating with the main control board. I would suggest contacting a professional to inspect the wiring between both parts. Depending if the wiring is defective or correct might have to replace the pressure sensor. If it does not correct the problem, the unit may possibly have a defective control board and will need replacing.

I have a Kenmore Oasis HE top load washer; purchased it in 2006 and I had the foresight to purchase the master protection plan & extended warranty. I have had SEVERAL repair calls for a variety of...

The F1 error code on this washer indicates a Primary Control Board failure.

It is likely that the machine control board will need to be replaced to correct this problem.

The part number for the machine control board is undetermineable because you have not provided me with the exact model # of your washer.

The procedure for replacing the machine control board is provided HERE

NOTE: Be sure to unplug the washer to disconnect electrical power before accessing internal components.

There is a slight possibility that a problem with the pressure switch hose could be causing this problem.

A pinched or twisted air hose can cause this fault code.

When you open the console, check the air hose connected to the pressure switch on the machine control board.

If it is pinched or crimped, I recommend rerouting the hose to resolve this problem.

This may fix your problem without replacing the control board.

NOTE: You may want to check for this condition before ordering the control board. Most electronic control boards cannot be returned for a refund or credit.

If you find no apparent problems with the air hose on the pressure switch, then replacing the machine control board on this washer should correct your problem. There is a risk involved in replacing this part yourself.

As noted above, you could have a problem with the air pressure hose that is not apparent upon your initial inspection. A service technician would normally need to properly and thoroughly diagnose this problem before replacing the control board.
