NEED TO KNOW HOW TO PRINT MORE THAN 1 ENVELOPE AT A TIME. DO LETTERS AND ENVELOPES ONCE A WEEK BUT THE PRINTER WOULD ONLY PROCESS 1 ENVELOPE AT A TIME AND I HAD TO DO THAT ONE MANUALLY.

Hi there !

For printing bulky letters or documents of the same format, I suggest you use the MS word mail merge document. You need to set up the mail merge document and the data of the file. For examples, the list of names, addresses telephone numbers and others should be input to the envelops.

Here's how to create mail merge document file.

1. Open a new blank MS word document or if you have a format already in a MS word format, just use it as default letter.

2. Go to menu bars (Home, Insert, Page Layout, References, Mailing, Review and View) and choose Mailing.

3. From Mailing, click on select recipients, choose use existing lists and find the excel document files that stores all the information like list of customers, company names, addresses, telephone numbers and others.

4. Open it and select table will appear and just click ok to merge it automatically to your default envelope.

5. Now you need to set up or format your envelope. from the Mailing menu, Insert Mail Merge Field will appear and click it to display the headings of your data source. Put the headings wherever you want.

6. After that, press preview result to display the datas. Save your work and it is finished

Sir, Madam, Ms. I would dearly like to use MS Word in my Yahoo! Mail. Would you please advise? Glad thanx in advance John Spencer Pattaya, Thailand Retired in this most glorified of old...

You don't need any word processors ie MS Word..etc to write your mail when you are using Yahoo Mail or Gmail..hotmail..etc. You just have to register an account with Yahoo mail and use the built-in word processor to write you mail. Here a guide using Yahoo Mail -> LINK

If you have written any documents with MS word and wish to sent to a third party you just attached your file to your mail ie documents and send it.

Hope it helps, jolly glorified fella living & enjoying life to the fullest!!! -> Have a nice day :-)

I need a 25-character product key for microsoft office home and student 2007 to load in my laptop please?

If your are not very particular in using MS office there is a very easy answer. Forget this MS office thing. Download openoffice.org. Click the link below
http://www.openoffice.org
It is absoultely free. And works way better than MS office in my opinion. You don't need to search around for a product key. However, it saves a doucment in .odt format instead of your regular .doc format. But there is no need for worry. If you need to send a file to anyone who can only read a .doc file open office provides you the option to save it in .doc format. Which solves the problem if any. Try it once an you may never think of MS office ever. Open office also gives you the option of saving a document directly into PDF format. So any one who recieves it cannot edit it, if you want uneditable documents to be sent to somebody. With MS office you need to buy a new software to achieve this. More money wasted. Like wise XL/ presentations/database type documents are saved in the open document formats, but open office gives you the option to save all of these in the MS office default formats. It has much better selection of fonts and clipart/galleries too.Good luck and have fun.

This is where I get stuck in trying to make Labels in Microsoft Works

Create a mail merge label with the Address Book
On the File menu, click New.
In the Works Task Launcher, click Templates.
In the Letters and Labels category, click Mailing labels.
Click Use this style.
In the Labels dialog box, click Mailing labels.
Click OK.
The Label Settings dialog box appears.
Under Printer Information, click the option for the printer you are using.
Under Label Information, select the label product and style.

If you're seeing 30 of the same label, try adding <<Next Record>> to the beginning of each label (including the < > characters as shown). If you need more help please simply reply to this by posting comments, and I'll be notifited right much faster than happening across a request for help by chance; the system will send me an e-mail to make me aware of your comments.

Hope this will FixYa!!!

Thanks,

Aimiel

Random Shutdown

have you checked for viruses - specifically macro viruses in Word? Can you open your document using another/alternative editor? Does it happen in a specific doc or just a particular doc/s? Another way you can check assuming you can still open Word - try bringing up the MS Visual Basic interface (alt-F11) when you open Word. Check if there are any modules/macros active - don't forget to also check on the normal.dot template (known to be infected by some viruses historically). Another way to go is to completely uninstall and re-install Word. This assumes that your program is bad and not the doc.
