Open a folder that contains some non-corrupted Excel document.

Double-click the document, to cause Excel to open _only_ this document. Hopefully, this will bypass any "recovery" attempt.

Open a "new" spreadsheet, and "import" rows/columns from the corrupt sheet, and save the imported data.

Delete the corrupted file.

How do i recover my corrupted MS Excel File ....???

Using proper locations to keep your office documents and making regular backups are great preventive measures against data loss. If you've lost a document or the whole bunch of them, do not despair. Modern data recovery tools can reliably detect, locate and restore documents even if they are stored on a badly damaged, corrupted, formatted or repartitioned hard drive or other storage media.

Excel Corruption files

Without seeing the file, it is difficult to diagnose what is going on, but I will offer some ideas.

What version of Excel are you using? Are you using Excel 2003? Was the file you are trying to open created in Excel 2007 or Excel 2010. If so, it might be using the new format and therefore will not open in Excel 2003 and older.

It is possible the Excel file is data that was imported from a source in which Excel cannot import. Does the Excel spreadsheet contain any imported data?
Try to use: XLSX Viewer Tool here : http://www.xlsx.viewertool.com/
Those are the most likely causes of the corrupt data. Is every file you open in Excel corrupt, or just this one workbook? If it is just this one workbook, then, yes, it sounds like it is corrupted. If every file you open with Excel is corrupt, then your version of Excel could be corrupt, but that is unlikely.

Excel work sheets delete, pls how is it restore

Easiest way would be to use the Undo function to work your way back to the point prior to deleting the worksheets. If you can't back up through the list that far, you could close the file WITHOUT SAVING IT, then reopen the original file again. If you have already saved the document after deleting the worksheets, you will have to restore it from a backup (you do perform backups, right?) and continue working fro there.
