Video converter for e250

You can get the Sansa Media Converter from Sandisk's website.

You must use the Sansa Media Converter to transfer videos. If the video is DRM-protected (many of Real's movies are), it may not actually convert. But if the video is DRM-free, then the Sansa Media Converter will perform the conversion and load the video onto the player. The Sansa Media Converter may or may not recognize certain file formats, so you may need to download an additional program such as Riva FLV Encoder to convert the Real video to AVI format first - then the Sansa Media Converter will recognize the file.

Problem getting video to expandable memory/sansa e250 to be recog

The Sansa will not play videos off the microSD card. It will play music, but not show videos or photos.

To get the videos onto the Sansa, use the Sansa Media Converter. If you don't have the SMC, you can download the Windows version from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3IPZO6Q0

ITunes and sansa

it is not possible. unless you have an AAC/MP3 converter, it won't go on the sansa. apple format is not compatible with sansa players. however, there are a number of free or inexpensive sites where you can get MP3 format tracks.

A few questions about my sandisc sansa e250 help is appreciated

I don't think you can use the player to convert file formats--you'll need to download some software for doing all that. Once the files are in the right format you should be able to simply drag-and-drop to the player. If you're on OS X I'm not sure what other problems there could be...
