This is so confusing, if it is not getting enough battery power, why does it say "module OK", it should say "something not OK" right ? Just FYI, I am getting this "module OK" only after arm/disarm of the system and only once each time. Replacing the battery didn't help at all. My system is simon 3.

You need a new battery. 6VDC 1.2AH. The GSM module runs directly off the battery and it is no longer getting a full charge.

Most softwares will work with win7 if you right click the exe of the software and choose properties/compatibility and choose make compatible with windows xp service pack 3 for example. if it doesn't install try another setting until it runs

The vell module is not like a cell phone. It is specifically set up to go to the alarm.com network. You need to have an alarm company involved. Alarm.com can send you e-mail or tect messages if you have a smartphone, but you are going to be about $25-$30 per month to get that service.

If you can, disconnect the battery and see if the messages stop. You can get a replacement at Batteries Plus or Radio Shack,etc.

The alarm says module ok every few seconds

Reason: The reason why the sys is saying module ok is becasue of the panel battery. This is a common problem with simon 3 and thats why i would not suggest this sys to anyone. The module is the cell unit thats send the signal to the central station wirelessly and it gets it power from the batteries.
Fixes. The only way to fix this issue is by replacing the panel batteries.

Neff combination microwave oven

We have had NEFF repair man out again and he replaced the door switchs and this time it is OK.He did say if it was a problem again it will be classed as unrepairable because he thinks it is shorting out on an internal rivet on the bodywork which is inaccesable. fingers crossed it was the door switchs and it dosent blow the main fuse again .thanks for your responce. Simon.
