by cooker,do you mean a stove? is it gas?is the gas knob in the "on" position?is the stove plugged in?
i clean out apartments to get them ready for new tenants. if the ignition clicks on,but the burner isn't lighting,it might be dirty. i soak the burners in hot water overnight. scrub with a wirebrush.poke a needle in all the openings & on the ones in the stove. dry thoroughly & see if it works.
if the ignition isn't clicking at all,one of the components in the electrical box might be broken.i wouldn't mess with gas or electric.call your gas & electric supplier or a repairman to find out what's wrong & see if it's worth fixing or not.

Probably. Speak with your propane supplier about what will need to be done with your stove.

It could also be the micro temp thermal fuse which cost about a £2.00 to replace and has to be fitted with crimps (NOT SOLDER). This is located behind the large back panel and should be replaced by a qualified Electrician.

Generally, reduce both the temperature and cook time 20% when using convection.  350 F becomes 300 or so, for instance.  One hour becomes 45-50 minutes.

The clock is flashing zeros because you need to set the clock timer.To do this you need to press and hold in both of the the cook period and end time buttons together, then with both buttons still held in , press either the "+" or "-" buttons to set the correct time of day

they just pull out but need a fair bit of force
