Probably sitting in China somewhere. Seriously, if this scooter is aspirated, it will be on the carburetor. Don't expect much reliability from any Chinese motorscooter or motorcycle. They're basically junk when the leave the factory!
Try entering the full vin number into any search engine. Email a good SYM scooter distributor with the vin number. The tyres should also have a date on them and would only be a month or two at most after the bike was made.Motorcycle tyre date. Hope this helps..
small cc and that age is normal for the engine to require new piston rings and/or piston to restore power. i used to do it every few years when i lived in europe
sorry if its japanese there kits are over there unless you know someone that can speak it i dont know how to find one i would check ebay or amazon.com other than thet you gotta put out the dough.
