Estate dryer makes ascraping noise when turning

The noise is caused by the drum support rollers that are faulty.
Please supply the machine model number.

The clicking sound is the ignitor. The ignitor goes on first the the gas valves ( you have two) open. If you have the gas turned on then- The valve is bad. REPLACE BOTH OF THEM. they normally come as a set anyway. CHECK FOR LEAKS after replacing them.

First, check to make sure the breakers are not thrown and that you have 220v at the outlet. If that is all OK, then you will need to replace the safety fuse located on the rear of the dryer.

Told by several GE Service Techs that the noise is normal metal expansion & nothing can be done. Anyone else have this issue?

hoover washer drier is making a scraping noise and a spark from the bottom of the machine everytime the drum spins, does anyone know what this cold be. thanks.
