Kyocera km 2550

The toner motor has no command (24v).Separately the motor works ok .On hvt pcb I found ip301 (n38) burned and R335 (HV-10A- 500MN) seems interrupted or has a high resistance. I replaced n38 but i don't know what is R335 (fuse,resistor). With n38 replaced, the copy comes out completely black.
The toner motor still doesn't work. I will apreciate any suggestion.

this - two- reasons 1- the corrona on the top of drum unit is very dirty or its connection point are dirty with toner . just clean it then replace it again .if that not help you ll need to chick the corrona board

Sounds like you are not using genuine Kyocera toner.
Try using new toner can take a few hundred copies to work through the machine.
