I am trying to raise 0.92 to the power of 10, I cannot find the button anywhere on my Texas Instruments TI-30XA calculator. There is no y^x button on my calculator, please help.

Use the (y to the x) button, just under the off button.

Enter 0.92 press (y to the x) and then enter 10 and =.

I hope this helps you out.

How do i divide by powers of 10 in my TI-30XA calculator?

The same way you would divide by any other number. Just use the EE key (just above the 7) to enter the exponent. If the exponent is negative, use the +<>- key (just to the left of the =) to enter the negative sign.

How can i raise to a negative power on TI-30xa

Hello,
Use the Y to the x key [Y^x]. To enter the negative exponent use the change sign key [+/-] not the regular minus - sign.
