Lg wm2032hw During the rinse cycle, it stops and gives me the LE error. Thinking it might be overloaded, I take out the wet clothes in the hopes I can spin it out and the cycle will not continue. I end up with a drum of soapy water and a basket full of wet clothes. Help!!!

CYCLE STOPS AND EROR LE SHOWS AND MACHINE BEEPS

  • Anonymous Mar 12, 2008

I have Lg wm2032hw and it stopped during 3 minutes of the washing cycle and error code LE was on. The washing is out of warranty (4 years old). I just read somewhere that the problem might be fixed by changing the sensor assembly.

How old is your washer? There should be a drain problem if the water do not drain the cycle will stop. What u have to do is to re-start or start from 21 or 18 mins. If this come out to have problem. Send me your email: [email protected]

Check the pump filter and if necessary clean it up.
if you stop the programme and hold the start/ pause button for 3-5 sec the programme will cancelled and the drain will work.
if you hear a slow noise from the pump it may be blocked with external objects from your clouthes pocket,

so you need to contact a repairman.

My Lg too load washer sprays water during spin cycle

It is normal for a washer to spin and spray fresh water over the clothes during rinse period. I don’t know why it would leave clothes wet. Look at your options. See if you can turn off rinse n spin to just spin.

I have a LG WM2016CW Front Load Washer that is not spinning during wash but does during test mode. What could be the problem?

Replace the motor position sensor also known as a 'hall' sensor. About $20. Pretty easy fix. Check out videos on , repairclinic.com , , appliancepartspros.com , or YouTube.com.
Pretty common erroron older units.

F&P GWL11 Washer Stops at rinse - Error Code 37

I hate to say it but it sounds like the controller. I used to have one that had a similar problem that was fixed with a diverter and a controller. Another year or two later it was doing the same thing, so we just replaced it. Just a warning.

My clothes were in the washer and when I went down to check there was an error code. LE The clothes were still wet, and appeared to not have gone through the rinse cycle.

The LE is caused by over sudsing OR clothing trapped between the tubs. The LE: hall sensor shorted/destroyed from sudslock or clothes between tub. Correct the issue and party on.

LG errors:
IE: Water level (246) was not reached in 8 minutes
UE: Imbalance: Load too, small too large
OE: Drain problem took longer than 10 minutes to drain
FE: Overflow issue drain pump running to comp
PE: pressure sensor (sensor out)
dE: door error. open door. switch is out
LE (with a a slash in the
middle of L. Upside down F) Thermistor out
CE: Over amping Too much soap wrong soap
LE: hall sensor shorted/destroyed from sudslock
bE: Ball sensor loose connection/out of order
EE: eeprom out test mode only
PF: power failure momentary interuption of shocktricity

LG error code is 0E...what would be the problem

Washing machine has an LE error code --> Is this a new installation?
In new installations, this error can sometimes present because of a miscommunication between the control panel and the wash motor. In this instance, the washer simply needs to be reset.
Step 1: Unplug the washing machine.
Step 2: While the washer remains unplugged, press and hold the [Start/Pause] button on the front panel for 5 seconds.
Step 3: Plug the unit back in, and run a rinse and spin cycle to test if the LE code is cleared.
Has a large load size been used with a gentle wash setting?
Gentle wash cycles such as Perm Press, Delicates, Hand Wash, and Wool/Silk should only be used for smaller loads. Because the cycles are more gentle while tumbling and spinning, too many items in the drum can register as an issue with the motor. In this instance reset the unit and run a test rinse and spin cycle.

Has the washer been overloaded?
Single bulky items or large loads can add extra weight to the drum and place stress on the motor. Remove some of the clothing and restart. If the issue is still present after a few items have been removed, unplug the washer for 30 minutes to allow the motor to cool and then restart the cycle.
wmoverloaded.jpg NOTE: Make sure the drum is not overloaded
Are there soap suds visible in the drum?
Over-sudsing is the main cause of LE error codes. Using non-HE (high efficiency) detergents or too much detergent will cause stress on the motor. In addition, detergent residue can also cause leaking and odor. Follow these steps to resolved an LE error code caused by over-sudsing.
Step 1: Unplug the washer and allow the unit to sit for 30 minutes to give the suds time to dissolve.
Step 2: Plug the washer back in and press [Power] to turn on the washer.
Step 3: Do not choose a washing cycle. Press the [Spin Speed] key until "No Spin" is selected.
Step 4: Press [Start/Pause] to begin a drain only cycle.
Step 5: After the drain only cycle has completed, remove the clothing items from the machine. Turn the power back on and select [Rinse and Spin] and then press [Start/Pause]. This will remove excess soap suds and light residue from the drum. Repeat this step until no visible suds are in the drum of the washer.

Error code LE

Suggestion: Your wash could be overloaded; put in clothes within machine's capacity. What is written in your manual's max clothes capacity. If your heater is on; switch off machine and wall plug. Reset the machine with the heater on minimum & resume your normal cycle.
