Need network driver for onboard network card on RS740M03A1-8EKRS2

I recently upgraded to windows XP 64bit, and no where on the computer, Device Manager, System Info, anywhere does it show what my network card is. From looking inside the computer I know that it is an onboard network card, But I can't find it's model or name anywhere. The motherboard model # is RS740M03A1-8EKRS2H.

Thanks in advance.

Windows 7 driver for edirol 2496 pci

I have done some research on this and It would seem that there were never any windows 7 drivers for this Edirol product, However further research has discoverd the information below for a work round

also have the same audio card, bought from ebay this year but have recently upgraded to Win7 64bit from XP home. Luckily after tons of googling I found a forum post on another site by a Spanish guy confirming there is a way to use it on Win 7 both 32/64bit version. You need to download M-Audio drivers (as the original Edirol drivers were also made my M-Audio at the time) for their Delta 1010 soundcard (not the LT version) and point win7 to those drivers as they ARE Win7 compatible, I'm using the 'Windows 7 64bit SP1' v6.0.8 drivers. It does actually work, however the guy reckons that the MIDI functions don't but thats no biggy to me.

Only other way is to buy a Roland RPC 1 PCI card and replace the original Edirol pci card with that but they are rare and expensive but you don't need to because of the 6.0.8 drivers! I get no audio dropouts and the sound is very nice just like on XP.

Compaq Presario Coprocessor conflict

Sometimes , when a Computer's OS is upgraded, form the original OS, you will find "Unknown Devices" in Device Manager. "Coprocessor" is common. Usually it's the Card Reader, try installing the driver for the Card Reader, Windows 7 32 or 64bit what ever OS Windows 8 is. You can find the drivers here, choose your OS 32 or 64bit, try Driver-Storage, Realtek USB 2.0 Card Reader, you must change compatibility of the Win 7 driver: Card Reader driver: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&product=3927357 Change driver compatibility: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/6832-compatibility-mode-use-windows-8-a.html

Compaq Presario 2050NX onboard pnp nic (LAN) device not found - reinstalled onboard LAN device driver, still can't see it

For Windows XP CLICK HERE
In Windows 7 the driver installs automatically
I would suggest uninstalling all drivers for the network adapter then reboot and allow the system to find the NIC again. If this is Windows XP uninstall all drivers for the NIC, reboot, and install the above driver.
If it is Windows 7 uninstall the drive, reboot and allow device manager to locate the driver itself.

I have a new enuwi-n4 usb adapter. I got it to work on my windows xp computer, but I can't get it to work on my windows 7 64 bit computer.

Hello,

It seems that you have to find the correct drivers for windows7 64bit. Drivers download and information for your device can be found HERE.In a case that windows 7 (64bit) drivers are NOT available for this device, alternatively windows vista (64bit) drivers will work ok for installing it.

Let me know how that went for you.

Regards from FixYa.

Network Adapter/Ethernet Controller

Nothing wrong with having two network adapters installed on your computer. If you have this DWA-552 wireless adapter installed as well as an onboard NIC, the correct thing to do is have both drivers installed so you see them both in your Control Panel->Network Connections window.

If you really want the onboard nic to go away, go into device manager and disable it - not uninstall it.

Video driver

you cant upgrade your graphics by means of a driver, if it's a desktop pc you will have to fit a newer AGP graphics card or fit one if you only have onboard graphics, and then the relevant driver, if its a notebook, 9 times out of 10 the graphics are onboard and cannot be upgraded.

Monitor problem

This is a classic case of Windows generic graphics card driver. You need to find out what type of graphics card you have fitted or what onboard graphics chip you have. If it's an AGP card go to my computer>properties> hardware tab>device manager and look down list for display adapters, if it's onboard then it maybe an intel chip. Make note of the make and go to the relevant web site for the drivers
