Remove the battery from the device and dry it for atleast 1 hour on deep sunlight and then try to put the battery and check this might help in some situations. If it does not work then you might send it to repair.

How to register my blackberry9530

Hi,

Registering Your BlackBerry, your cell phone's carrier will provide you with their website address where you will create a "New Account" and then enter your BlackBerry's "Device PIN" and "Device IMEI" information so you can register your phone. Registering takes less than 10 minutes. Once the process is complete, you will have access to all of your phone's features. Make sure you have a notepad close by to write down your "Username" and "Password" so you can access the website again. You will also receive an email address with the name of your carrier and a "blackberry.net" ending.

Locating Needed Information About Your BlackBerry: There are several ways to obtain your BlackBerry's PIN and IMEI. The quickest way is to look on the outside of the box your BlackBerry came in. There will be a sticker containing these numbers. The required information for registration is also found on the BlackBerry itself. Turn your cell phone off, turn it over and remove the battery pack. You will then see a sticker with the PIN and IMEI information on it. The PIN and IMEI numbers are also available by navigating through your phone's settings to the "Status" screen. You will want to write these numbers down in your cell phone's manual. Make sure you keep your any documentation and manuals that came with your BlackBerry so you can consult the information in case of problems.
Bookmarking Your Carrier's Website: After you register your BlackBerry, make sure you bookmark your carrier's log-in website so you can quickly sign in to check your account, receive alerts and other information. You may want to bookmark the website on both your home and office computer so you can access information about your BlackBerry from both locations. If you have any problems with your carrier's website, there is usually a "Contact" or "About" page on the website and a telephone number or email address for contacting the carrier.
Thanks.

My blackberry 9000 says JUM Error 102 Reset only i cant find my cd that came with it how can i fix it to work again

With any JVM Error you are going to need to reload the operating system to your device, this process is slightly different with each carrier, so it is important to contact them during the process, first (if you have not done so already) Download and install the Blackberry Desktop Manager to your computer, The Desktop manager can be obtained from blackberry.com once installed you will need to download and install the most up to date software from your carriers website, then follow the instructions to install the software to your phone, now unfortunatly your going to lose any information you have not backed up to your computer

Hope This Helps!

My blackberry is froze it wont anything? it just say error 547

It means that the software on your phone has become corrupted. You will need to reinstall your phone's operating system.

Go to this following link for more information:

http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB11320&sliceId=SAL_Public&dialogID=119194155&stateId=1%200%20119192261

I do not know if this will wipe your personal information such as emails, contacts, SMS, etc.

Good luck.

Ball on blackberry wont navigate up or down

Hi. BlackBerry smartphone trackball fails to roll in a particular direction because, debris is lodged in the trackball.
The trackball user interface found on certain BlackBerry smartphones is similar to the trackball used in a mouse in a desktop computer.
Using for certain period debris comes in contact with the trackball and affects the usability of the BlackBerry smartphone, rapidly roll the trackball up, down, left, or right to potentially correct the problem.
If rapidly rolling the trackball does not correct the problem, please contact your wireless service provider for support options.
I hope this information will be helpfull.

Can get blacberry tour to power up

You may have gotten the battery wet - either through direct contact with liquid or condensation. Open the back cover and check to see if the little white sticker has turned pinkesh/red.

My blackberry pearl trackball doesnt work

Take it where you bought it and try to get it replaced, saying it's defective. Hopefully you're under warranty, unlike myself who has a **** blackberry who's radio keeps turning off randomly and won't make or recieve calls without having to manually reconnect 'mobile network' hundreds of times a day. Your phone must have got really wet though because buttons and **** don't ******* unless exposed to extremly wet conditions (trust me, I know). I'd like an iphone over this **** for damn sure but i'm stuck with any annoying and fairly useless phone for now.

Few buttons wont work

My best guess is that you touched that area with wet hands and little water got inside and corroded the circuits. Regardless, the phone needs to be opened and cleaned on those buttons and on the contacts
