I have an e74 error message with 1 red light
The E74 error happens as the scaler chip that deals with all the display, you will need to stop the heat build up, you can do this yourself or you can send it in for repair.
E74 is a the notorious overheated error. Have to send it back to microsoft. They extended the warrenty to 3 years of the date on the back of your xbox if you get the e74 error. Go to xbox.com and click services. you type in your serial number and it will tell you if its still under warrenty.
