What problem do I have when I receive the message "Unable to sent to" with the pogo printer?

If you account is linked to an e-mail address just go on Pogo and click on sign in then click on forgot password or screen name, the nxt step will be to enter your e-mail address and wait 20second to 1minute and a link from pogo with be sent to you. They they might send you a temporary password or a link to change your password. if they sent you a temporary password, sign in pogo and go to your acc settings and change

I found out that mine cannot print if there is a "dot" or specifically, "." in the file name. It will start flashing red light as if there is a paper jam. I renamed the file and the problem is resolved. Hope this is helpful.

I do not have the LG touch mobile, but experienced a similar problem with another device. It didn't work at al: I selected a photo, say print and sent it via bluetooth to the POGO, it didn't connect.
The solution that worked was: Not give a PRINT-command! Just SEND your picture to the POGO by bluetooth, and it will start printing.

Is it possible that the RECEIVING FAX-unit caused the "not sent" message? It could be out of paper, and thus would be unable to print the FAX, after receiving it. So, it would signal "not sent", meaning that "not successfully received and printed".

The way to solve the problem is as follows:
1. Goto the My Stuff Icon and select the "My images" Icon.
2. Select a Photo to open it.
3. Click the drop the drop down menu (▤), and click rename.
4. Type in a name then .jpg and save.
5. Then "send" it to bluetooth.

keep getting an "Unable to send to:"readinging.

first of all make sure that the pogo it turned off insert the paper from the packet with the blue peice on the bottom with the barcode facing down. and the paper facing shiny side up and logo face down. when you turn the pogo on the blue paper will feed through first then the printer is all setup and aligned ready to print via bluetooth or via USB cable. hope this helps

plz try the printer in another pc, if the problem is not there then your pc is having problem, plz download the latest drivers and check, if the problem is not solved then try by changing the slot of the usb and try with another usb cable.
