Acer Aspire AX1200-B1792A AMD Athlon X2 4850e Dual Core Processor Microsoft® Windows® Vista Home Premium 64-bit, 4.0GB DDR2 320GB HDD. And i can't make any Windows Update since the problem start i have a lot of problems with the system including mayor crash with blue screen. Make system resort (W Vista 32 bits by Acer repair center) But still have the same problem

Most probably your hardware ie graphic card do not support software requirements.

Here's how you should be able to run it in compatibility mode:
1. Right click on the Autocad Icon in your start menu
2. click on Properties
3. click on the Compatibility tab at the top
4. check the box next to Compatibility Mode and select Vista 32 bit if it is given as an option.

I don't have Vista here, but that is how it works in XP and I did do a search and it appears to be the same in Vista.

64-BIT PROGRAMS runs on 64-BIT OPERATING SYSTEMS

The 64-BIT Processor has nothing to do with it, it serves a different purpose specifically, to the OPERATING SYSTEM.
